These Special Terms and Conditions are intended to apply together with the General Terms and Conditions for IT Maintenance, Agile Projects, Internet Projects, IT Projects and IT Services (together ‘other services’) issued by TechSverige if the supplier processes personal data on behalf of the customer in relation to the provision of such a service.
These Special Terms and Conditions constitute an appendix to the Agreement. These Special Terms and Conditions shall have precedence over any conflicting terms in the General Terms and Conditions for agreed Maintenance, Project or Service issued by TechSverige. The Agreement shall have precedence over any conflicting terms in these Special Terms and Conditions.
