Agile Projects, Appendix Risk- and profit-sharing

This Appendix serves as a model for risk and profit-sharing in Agile Projects in order to reduce the risk for the need to extend the Assignment (Change of the Assignment). The Appendix is intended to be used together with Agile Project. The Appendix does not prevent the parties to agree on other pricing models, for example, per timebox or Release. –
