Agreement 90, General Terms and Conditons

Agreement 90 may be used for delivery of systems involving several products to be integrated with each other and/or with other products used by the customer. Agreement 90 also refers to the purchase of hardware products and/or use of software products with related services such as installation assistance or training. Agreement 90 is primarily intended to apply on systems that contain standard products.

The standard agreements are purchased in bundles of 10 copies.

Printed standard agreements are purchased via print on demand: All our standard agreements are printed when the customer makes a purchase of printed standard agreements, so-called print on demand. When buying print on demand products, the right of withdrawal ends when the production of the product has started, this means that the purchase of printed standard agreements is binding.
